Ms Tan Yan Shan (Assistant Year Head) is a member of the Student Development Team who champions the whole school approach in student development and well-being through building a culture of care. Ms Tee Ying Ying (School Staff Developer) is responsible for the conceptualisation and implementation of the staff’s development aligned to the school’s vision and goals.

Restorative Practice (RP) is a route to maintain positive discipline and build good and effective relationships. New Town Primary School began our Restorative Practice journey in 2012, taking small steps towards building a strong restorative school culture. In this sharing, they will bring us through why the school identified RP as a whole school approach and the stages of their journey in the implementation and review of RP within the classroom and at the school level.
